Yuva and Sewa Foundation, through its Nyaya Sakha initiative, successfully organised a legal discourse on the topic “Cyber Litigation in Digital World” to spread awareness about cyber crimes, online frauds, and digital safety.
The session focused on educating participants about how cyber crimes begin, the common methods used in online scams, and the immediate steps individuals should take if they become victims of digital fraud. Discussions also highlighted the importance of filing Online FIRs and reporting cyber incidents to the appropriate authorities without delay.
Participants were provided with practical guidance on using the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal and the 1930 Cyber Helpline Number for filing complaints and seeking assistance in cyber fraud cases.
The program aimed to strengthen public awareness and encourage responsible digital behaviour in an increasingly technology-driven world.
Nyaya Sakha continues its efforts towards building an informed, aware, and empowered society through dialogue, legal awareness, and community engagement initiatives. 17 May 2026“In the digital age, awareness is the strongest protection.”
